At the world’s largest diamond jewelry retailer ($11B+, 2,800 stores, 30K employees), I led multimillion-dollar campaigns and drove an omnichannel transformation that combined human-first service with data-powered strategy.
I built and scaled core digital capabilities, including a front-end library, role-based access, and an insights engine that accelerated development and empowered 25,000 frontline teams nationwide. I defined the digital training system integration and adoption framework, unified cross-functional teams, and drove the success of shared platforms across partner applications. The result was faster development cycles, stronger adoption, higher customer satisfaction, and measurable growth through insights-driven decisions.

As an executive in the bridal and couture industry, I have built a career at the intersection of artistry, global expansion, and brand leadership. My most recent journey at Reem Acra, where I saw firsthand how couture defines culture, dressing icons from Angelina Jolie and Beyoncé to First Ladies Jill and Melania, and securing the house’s place in red-carpet history. My true leadership foundation stems from my time at the Pronovias Group, the world’s leading bridal company, overseeing growth across a portfolio that includes Atelier Pronovias, Pronovias Privé, Vera Wang Bride, and Nicole Milano. Dedicating over 4 years to the U.S. business start-up of Nicole Milano, transforming it from an emerging Italian label into a recognized multi-million-dollar brand in accessible luxury for American brides. Under my leadership, Nicole Milano blended modern Italian elegance with global reach, delivering youthful romance, meticulous craftsmanship, and sustainable collections to a new generation, and firmly positioning the brand as a growth engine within Pronovias’ worldwide portfolio.
With over 12 years in the luxury bridal and couture retail industry, I commanded business development where couture meets global ambition, driving individual retail locations, wholesale and multi-unit retail, shaping design and P&L strategy, and elevating brands through PR, marketing, and customer experience, with collaborations that shine from the Oscars to the Emmys and VMAs. Triumphing over $1.5B in global business sales.
